Location: Reno, Nevada
Working Hours: Monday to Friday
Salary Range: $41,580 - $46,520 per year
Responsibilities:
- Assist customers with inquiries, requests, and concerns via phone, email, or in-person.
- Provide accurate information about products, services, and promotions.
- Process orders, returns, and exchanges efficiently and accurately.
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions.
- Assist in other administrative tasks as needed to support the customer service team.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent required; additional education or training in customer service is a plus.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Strong interpersonal skills and a friendly, customer-focused attitude.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and customer service software.
- Previous experience in customer service or related field is preferred but not required.
